How long does it take?
About 14 days from when we have your logo, photos and our call about your business. If we're late, your first month is free. If we're waiting on content or feedback from you, we pause and pick it back up as soon as it arrives.
How do I pay?
A £300 deposit to start. Then £89 a month from launch, once you've approved your design, or £890 a year, saving £178. Payments are taken automatically, and there's a 12-month minimum.
What if I don't like the design?
You see your design before anything is built, and we keep changing it until you're happy, with no limit on the number of changes. If we still can't get it right, we refund your £300 deposit and you owe nothing.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, photos of your work and a short call about your services and the areas you cover. We write the words for you, so there's no copy to prepare.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, as many as you need. You see the design before it's built, and we keep refining it until you approve it. After launch, small text and photo updates are included in your monthly plan.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is always yours, registered in your business's name. After the 12-month minimum, the design is yours too: if you ever leave, we give you a copy of your site at no charge.
What's included in the £89, and can I cancel?
Hosting, security updates, small text and photo changes, checks that your quote form keeps working, and one person to contact. After the 12-month minimum it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you cancel within the first 12 months, the rest of those months is still due.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We connect your existing domain to the new site and redirect your old pages, so you keep your Google rankings and existing links still work. Not sure it needs replacing? Ask for a free review first.
Do you work with other kinds of business?
Yes. Most of our clients are trades and local service businesses, but the Growth Plan works for most local businesses too, such as restaurants, clinics and salons. Online shops, booking systems and larger builds are quoted separately, so get in touch and we'll tell you what fits.
Do you guarantee more leads?
No honest web designer can promise a number. What we do is make it obvious what you do and where you work, put your reviews where people decide, and make calling or asking for a quote easy, especially on a phone.
